What is the Bag Visualizer?
The Bag Visualizer lets premium members play around with the color and hardware of Hermès Garden Party, Evelyne, and Picotin bags. You may even save your designs after. It’s a fun way to reimagine your unicorn bag.
What currency will I be charged in?
We currently charge membership fees in U.S. dollars (USD).
What credit cards can I use?
We accept most credit cards, including international ones, through a secure processing system.
Can I cancel or change my plan from monthly to yearly, vice versa?
Yes! You may change or cancel before your next billing cycle. For monthly plans, the next billing cycle is the month after signup. For annual plan holders, the next billing cycle is the next year. If you need to change your plan, please contact our team two days before your next billing cycle. We will be happy to help.
Will new bags be added to Ban Island?
Absolutely! Our team is working hard to give you up-to-date information about new bags on our radar. Ban Island members may list the bags they own by clicking “have.” We then notify other members who have added the same bags to their wish list. We also plan to add more luxury brands to our roster in the near future.
